We are confident that you will happy with your order, however if there is ever a problem that we acknowledge is our fault, you can be confident that we will endeavor to do all we can to rectify the situation by remaking your item and paying any additional postage costs. However, if you simply don’t like your item we will not be able to offer a refund and we ask that when placing your order you provide as many details as possible in writing (email or post) to enable us to create a piece you truly love.
Working with precious metal clay can create surface variations and no two items will ever look the same, in addition we do not manipulate your prints at all, so that you know that the print is truly yours, for example if the end of a finger is smudged when you take your prints – it will be smudged on your jewellery. You can be assured your order is a total recreation of YOU!
Because each item is bespoke we are unable to resell it and this is another reason that we are unable to accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
