For Hand & Footprint and Pets Corner jewellery we send out our Inkless Wipe Kits, containing 1 x inkless wipe and our special paper. The inkless wipe is entirely harmless and used by midwives in the States on maternity wards to immediately print the hands & feet of newborn babies for identification purposes. Once you've wiped your hand/footprint/lips/pets paw simply press down onto our special paper and watch your print become immediately visible. Send it back to us and we will work our magic!
Each piece is handmade using precious metal clay. Precious metal clay (PMC) combines pure silver particles with an organic binder. When your jewellery is fired in our kiln, the organic binder is burned off leaving .999 fine silver. Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver with 7.5% being copper to give the metal additional strength. All our fittings and bindings are sterling silver. Each piece is then hand finished to our exceedingly high standards. You're able to choose from several finishes - polished or satin, antiqued or plain. The choice is yours.
