Q: How do I find out what is happening with my order? A: We will email you once we receive your impression back in the post to let you know it has been safely received. You should expect your completed item within 2 weeks after this time. If you would like to enquire as to the status of your order you can email us at rachel@finesilverprints.co.uk Q: Is it possible to have prints & writing on both sides of a charm or pendant? A: No. As the print is set deep into the silver it wont be possible to have a print on either side. It is possible to have writing where the silver is at its thickest, we can generally inscribe upto 9 characters. Requests for personalisation should be put in the comments box when placing your order & checking out. A printed copy of your order will be sent to you with your Impression Kit and should be checked over to ensure you have entered all your requirements correctly. Q: Are you able to fit an adults fingerprint or hand/footprint onto your jewellery? A: Absolutely! It is recommended that you choose a large charm or pendant for adult fingerprints or if choosing a small one please use your little finger rather than index or thumb print! With regards to hand & footprints all prints are miniaturised accordingly! Q: Is your jewellery handmade? A: Each piece is totally handcrafted. You can be certain that your jewellery is completed unique to you. Q: How pure is the silver? A: All charms, pendants, cufflinks, keyrings etc are made from 99.9% pure silver. Cufflink fittings, chains and keychains and bracelets are sterling silver which is 92.5% pure with 7.5% being copper. This is why sterling silver is known as 925.
