Q: If I place an order when I can I expect to receive my impressions kit? A: All kits are sent out by First Class post within 48 hours of receiving your order Q: Will I find taking the impression difficult? A: Not at all. Taking the impression is very quick and easy and all our Impression Kits are sent out with full instructions for use. Q: How much do you charge for postage & packaging? A: All items posted in and around the UK cost a standard £3.95 for postage & packaging. This includes us posting out your initial impressions kit, a pre-paid envelope for returning the kit to us once you've made your impression and once made, your jewellery is sent to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery! Q: How can I pay you? A: You can pay via our orders page using Paypal. Alternatively if you'd like to pay by cheque or postal order you can ring up to place your order and post your payment to us. If paying by cheque or postal order your Impression Kit will be sent out once payment clears. Q: How long will it be before I receive my jewellery? A: Once your order is placed you will be sent out your Impressions Kit within 48 hours by First Class post. Once we receive your Impression back, we will send you a confirmation email so you know it has been safely received by us. Your finished piece of jewellery should be ready within 2 weeks. Timescales are a guide only, jewellery can be received earlier if we are less busy. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: You are able to cancel your order anytime up until your jewellery is being made. We do charge a £10 cancellation fee if an Impression Kit has already been sent out. If you cancel before the Impression Kit is dispatched we will give you a complete refund. If we have already started making your jewellery we will not be able to offer any refund.
